I have started making my own popsicles. I love the strawberry lemonade using the strawberry lemonade concentrate i canned a month ago. Tastes good when its hot.

A good parchment paper trick is to crumple it up and run it under water and wring it out then it will be really easy to work with. Love all the energy and great things you are doing. ❤

It's good you have a balance view of what you are "eating clean". Alot of times it's hard to eat completely clean. But the less ingredients in store bought the better. Love the balance view.

Lord forbid if you get sick for eating easy convince foods. 🙄

Not to be negative about Costco produce, just a caution: watch for produce that uses Apeel. Bioengineered coating that is to prolong the life of organic produce. 😮

Kelsey, I had to play this video over to hear what you said about not seeing any pollinators. Here in Florida, several years ago, we had a similar problem. Our yellow squash was growing beautifully but not getting any product on them. When we realized no bees 🐝 were around, I decided to play bee. I took a Qtip and used it to pollinate by rubbing it on the male flower and then taking that and rubbing, very lightly, onto the female flower. Sounds crazy but it worked and we had squash then.

Your yard and garden is so beautiful. I learned to drive a stick shift car way back when. My Dad wouldn't let me drive an automatic until I mastered that good ol clutch. In turn I did the same with my kids.
